Piling Pipes
High-rise buildings, bridges and ports entrust their loads to steel piles. We produce piling pipe in the exact diameter, wall thickness and length your project needs — on short lead times.

Overview
Piling Pipes
Piling pipe transfers structural loads through weak soil to firm strata, installed by driving or boring. It is indispensable for marine structures, bridge piers, high-rise foundations and deep excavation support systems.
Our spiral production line offers two critical flexibilities for piling projects: production in project lengths (reducing field splices) and a wide diameter-thickness matrix. For the Etimesgut Airport project we delivered 7,000 metres of Ø900 and Ø1000 mm pipe to Sera Yapı from this line.
Technical scope
EN 10219 / EN 10217-1
Ø219.1 – Ø4064.0 mm
3.0 – 25.4 mm
Produced to project length — long single pieces
S235JR – S355J2H range
Bevelled, plain cut or conical tip
Why Dibor for piling projects?
Project-length production
Instead of standard 12-metre lengths we produce to your project length. Fewer field splices, faster installation, lower weld inspection cost.
Heavy-wall capability
With wall thicknesses up to 25.4 mm we provide the section stiffness required for piles under high lateral loads and moments.
Short lead times
Piling sits on the site's critical path. Our coil stock and high per-shift tonnage let us commit to short delivery schedules.
Certified traceability
Every piling pipe is traceable to heat number; EN 10204 3.1 certificates and weld test records are audit-ready.
