Energy Pipeline Pipes
Energy transmission allows no margin for error. Our EN ISO 3183 pipes carry the line's safety against pressure, corrosion and time.

Overview
Energy Pipeline Pipes
Oil and gas transmission is the most tightly controlled field of pipe production in terms of operating pressure and safety. Our production under EN ISO 3183 (API 5L equivalent) is recorded end to end — from steel grade and welding parameters to non-destructive examination and mechanical verification.
The weld seam is scanned 100% by an online ultrasonic system during production; every pipe is hydrostatically tested, with radiographic verification applied on critical lines. Mechanical tests are performed in our TÜRKAK-accredited (AB-2154-T) laboratory — and we welcome third-party inspection at every stage.
Technical scope

The assurance chain in energy projects
100% weld scanning
The entire helical weld seam is monitored ultrasonically during production; suspect zones are marked and re-evaluated at the offline station.
Pressure verification
Every pipe is tested at hydrostatic pressure above the standard's requirement. Test records are matched to pipe numbers and archived.
3LPE corrosion armour
Epoxy + adhesive + polyethylene in three layers: a design life beyond 50 years underground, reducing the cathodic protection load.
Accredited mechanical verification
Tensile, Charpy impact and hardness tests are run in our own TÜRKAK-accredited laboratory; reporting is fast and open to inspection.
Reference works
Including the Hakkari line laid across mountainous terrain, we have delivered high-pressure-class pipe to energy and infrastructure projects. Details on the projects page.
