Fire and Industrial Lines
Factory fire networks, cooling circuits and process lines are the veins of facilities that must never stop. The right pipe eliminates downtime risk from the start.

Overview
Fire and Industrial Lines
In industrial facilities a pipeline failure means production downtime; in fire protection networks, standards compliance is a vital and legal obligation. Our pipes produced under EN 10217-1 serve a wide range — from sprinkler main distribution lines and cooling tower circuits to compressed air headers and process wastewater lines.
Industrial projects typically need variety: different diameters, coatings and end finishes within one project. Because production and coating are under one roof, we deliver mixed order lists on a single schedule with single-source responsibility.
Technical scope
EN 10217-1 / TS 5139
Ø219.1 – Ø4064.0 mm
Epoxy internal/external, 3LPE or primed delivery
Bevelled, grooved-joint preparation, flanged
Hydrostatic + ultrasonic, per pipe
Single-batch dispatch of mixed diameter lists
Advantages in industrial projects
Mixed order management
We produce dozens of diameter-thickness combinations for one project on the same schedule and dispatch in batches matched to your site plan.
Surfaces fit for fire lines
Internal epoxy lining prevents corrosion-driven blockage in stagnant fire lines, securing the sprinkler system's first-second flow rate.
Longevity in cooling circuits
In continuously circulating cooling lines, the epoxy internal surface protects against fouling and pitting corrosion, extending maintenance intervals.
Single-source responsibility
Pipe, coating and testing under one roof: one counterpart in case of non-conformity, an unbroken document chain, faster commissioning audits.
