Quotations and orders
What information should I include in a quotation request?
Pipe diameter, wall thickness, steel grade, production standard, coating type, total quantity and delivery location shorten the quotation process. Our engineering team advises on items you are unsure about.
How quickly will I receive a quotation?
Requests with complete information are usually priced within 1–2 business days. For urgent projects, calling us directly speeds things up.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. You can see the production line, coating plant and accredited laboratory at our facility in Oyalı OSB, Diyarbakır. Contact our sales team to arrange an appointment.
How is shipping organised?
Domestic delivery is by road throughout Türkiye; for export cargo we provide logistics support via the port of Mersin and the Habur border gate. Freight can be included in the offer or arranged by the buyer.
Do you accept third-party inspection (TPI)?
Yes. Independent inspection agencies appointed by the client may attend production and testing stages; all test records and EN 10204 3.1 certificates are open to audit.
